Mobile Backup - How It Works


	1. Download Mobile Backup Download Mobile Backup to your Fido. To view the complete list of compatible phones, click here. To view the application download instructions, click here. 2. Set the AutoSync feature Your phone will be configured to automatically backup your contacts on a weekly basis. You can also auto-backup your content, as well as select a custom daily, weekly or monthly backup schedule from the AutoSync menu. You can view and set your automatic backup settings by selecting SETUP > AUTOSYNC from the Mobile Backup main menu on your phone. 3. Let Mobile Backup do the rest After configuring your phone, Mobile Backup will perform regular automatic backups, ensuring you always have a safe, current copy of your contacts, audio files pictures and videos. 4. Restoring data If you lose, damage or replace your phone, download Mobile Backup to a compatible replacement phone, log in with your Fido number and PIN, and select SYNC from the main menu.
