Download Mobile Backup to your Fido following the steps below:

1. Select the Internet icon on the main menu of your phone (no charges apply).
2. Select MY ACCOUNT from the mobile Internet homepage and then select BROWSE NEW SERVICES.
3. Select PRODUCTIVITY & INFORMATION, then select MOBILE BACKUP.
4. Select the Mobile Backup plan you wish to subscribe to and follow the prompts.

Once the application is downloaded and setup, Mobile Backup will automatically start backing up your contacts on a weekly basis. You may also auto-sync your content as well as select a custom daily, weekly or monthly backup schedule from the auto-backup menu. Select SETUP > AUTO SYNC from the Mobile Backup Main Menu on your phone.

Restoring your content

If you ever lose, damage or replace your phone, Mobile Backup enables you to easily restore your contacts to your replacement phone in three simple steps.

Step 1. Download Mobile Backup to your new Fido, following the steps above. Please check the Mobile Backup supported phone list to ensure we support your replacement phone. Mobile Backup Supported Phones   

Step 2.Login with your Fido number and PIN. If you are unable to remember your PIN, click here.  

Step 3. From the Main menu, click SYNC to restore your data to your replacement phone.

If you change your Fido number, contact 1-888-481-FIDO (3436) for assistance transferring your data.
