To download Mobile Backup application:
Check the download folder on your device for the Mobile Backup application. If you cannot find the Mobile Backup application in your download folder, go to your device browser and enter http://rogers.com/m/mbu
Click the Mobile Backup icon
You will be presented with the BlackBerry Terms and Conditions, Click 'I agree'
The Mobile Backup terms and conditions are displayed. Click 'Accept'
Click 'Download' and follow the prompts to install the Mobile Backup application on your device
When the download is complete, a pop up menu will appear. Click 'Run' to launch the Mobile Application and perform your first sync
Don't have a Value Pack? You can still subscribe to Mobile Backup!
Mobile Backup is available for $2/month for the backup of your address book or for $5/month to backup your address book and mobile content such as audio, pictures and videos.
Click on the Rogers Mall from your BlackBerry Homescreen (a shopping cart icon)
Click My Account > MORE
Under 'BROWSE NEW SERVICES' menu, select 'PRODUCTIVITY AND INFORMATION'
Select the Mobile Backup service you wish to subscribe to: MOBILE BACKUP OF ADDRESS BOOK for $2/month or MOBILE BACKUP OF ADDRESS BOOK AND CONTENT for $5/month
Select Subscribe and follow the prompts to install Mobile Backup onto your device
Once download is complete, click 'RUN' to perform your first SYNC!
Value Pack customers with Mobile Backup

Go to Android Marketplace and search 'Rogers Mobile Backup' by clicking the magnifying glass
OR from your browser on your device, go to http://www.rogers.com/m/mbdroid to take you directly to the Rogers Mobile Backup application in the Marketplace
Click on Mobile Backup icon and click 'Install'
Click 'Ok' on the access menu
Once download is complete, launch the application from your device and follow the prompts to complete the first sync of your address book!

If you ever lose, damage or replace your cell phone, Mobile Backup enables you to easily restore your data to your replacement phone in three simple steps.
Step 1.
Download Mobile Backup to your new, replacement phone following the steps above.
Step 2.
Open the Mobile Backup Application on your new device.
Step 3.
Click SYNC to restore your data to your replacement phone.
